To ensure that our customers are given the opportunity to comment on our services we require, a Customer Visit Record, completed at least once every month, a copy can be found here.
Any comments (god or bad) or suggestions are brought to the attention of the Managing Director, who shall investigate and consider any changes or action that is required.
Work Tickets
After any additional work is carried out, window cleaning, kitchen cleaning, floor maintenance or carpet cleaning etc, it is requested that a work ticket is signed by the customer or designated representative, a copy can be found here.
A copy of this document is left with the customer for their records and a copy is sent to support our invoice.
Transport Monitoring
All our vehicles are fitted with a Vehicle Management System supplied by Minorplanet, this records all journey’s, halts and excess speeds the vehicle undertakes.
This affords customers the security of knowing when a member of MCS Ltd was at their site and keeps MCS Ltd informed of the vehicles location and any excess speeds the vehicle may have been operated at , an example of this report can be found here.
Although not a work record, it does confirm if there is a doubt, that the vehicle was at the right place at the right time, or indeed the wrong place at the wrong time.
