Staff Resources
To provide the necessary Staff Resources, using the Operating Procedures listed in the MCS Ltd, Employment and Health & Safety Manuals, to ensure Customer Satisfaction with Effective Service and Product Realisation.
To ensure training needs are identified, and that the staff are trained effectively to enable them to achieve high standards of work. To verify the effectiveness of training carried out and by maintaining Training Records.
System Monitoring
To maintain and improve the Operation and Effectiveness of the Company's Quality Assurance System by Monitoring Company Processes and Independent Audits.
To ensure action is taken to correct problems caused by any incidence of service or materials non-conformance.
To carry out Preventive Action to minimise the incidence of customer complaints.
Purchasing
To ensure that Materials, General Equipment and Electrical Machinery are obtained from suppliers capable of meeting Company Quality Requirements.
To ensure suppliers are clearly informed of Company Purchase Requirements
Stock and Material Control
Ensure that Stores and Materials Identity and the Inspection Status is maintained during all stages of receipt, storage, delivery
To ensure Stores and Materials are stored safely as listed in Manufactures Instructions, and COSHH information or PAT Certificates are available to cleaning staff or Customers as required.
