MCS Limited was Established in 1979, by Mick Murray, who after several years experience in the Cleaning Industry saw the need for a Cleaning Contractor, which would supply a Cleaning Service where quality is paramount.

Over 20 years ago the company purchased its current offices and with a second building to accommodate the stores, machinery and materials, are able to offer our customers the security of solid financial and property base.

The company operates a Management System based on the three main structures within a company, Service, Administration and Financial, each element is also assisted by professional organisations to advise and assist on Health & Safety, Environment Policy, Training, Technical Support, Employment Law and Transport Control.

These organistaions together with our membership of National Quality Assurance and Registration of BS EN ISO 9001:2000, Cleaning and Support Services Association, The British Institute of Cleaning Science and the Chamber of Commerce, offer our customers the best possible operation and professional assistance in today’s business environment, where legislation requirements and customer needs change frequently.

The sales and development of the business is still the responsibility of Mick Murray, assisted by a sales team.

National Quality Assurance BS EN ISO 9001:2000 Registration was awarded in 1997, and forms the basis of the companies Quality Control System, and MCS Ltd consider that Customer Satisfaction is crucial to stability, success and growth of the company.
