Our quotations are based on a mix and match system, allowing our customers to utilise the most cost effective and beneficial services, to afford them the highest possible standard.
Our basic services is based on a 2 hour section, 5 visits per week for daily cleaning, or a daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly services and window cleaning, if required.
The service can be expanded for larger buildings, to include a Site Manager with numerous cleaning staff, including day or night staff, with our staff supplying a full range of services including window cleaning, carpet cleaning, kitchen cleaning etc.
The working time and access arrangements our staff operate, would be based on the customers requirements.
This can be early morning, evening, during office hours or overnight, for the daily operation, and overnight or weekends for the more in depth cleaning operations, carpets, kitchens etc.
Although we offer an on-line quotation, from experience we know that every company and every building has a unique requirement, companies are after all people, and people use and furnish buildings differently. In cleaning, the term “one size fits all” does not normally apply.
However, when using the on-line quotation, especially in regards to window cleaning we should be able to supply a good realistic price, which would be subject to a site survey before we would offer a Yearly Fixed Price.
As a Licensed Waste Carrier, we can move both your Bulk Rubbish and your Recycled Waste, and should you not have a Recycling System in operation, we can assist you in implementing one.
