To ensure its Quality Assurance System meets and continues to meet the requirements of ISO 9001 2000.
The Company's Quality Assurance Objectives are:
- To fulfil customer specifications and other requirements including legal and regulatory.
- To provide the right organisation with resources which employ the right people to ensure an effective, efficient operation of its services.
- To ensure ‘materials’ are handled, stored, checked and supplied using methods which protect them from damage and deterioration, with the necessary current COSHH information available to each member of staff who are handling chemicals.
These objectives are in line with our corporate long term strategies. These strategies consider quality improvements a key factor in enhancing long term business performance and profitability. Quality is seen, not as an option, but as business requirement in the face of growing competition.
The Quality Manuals, set out the main elements of the Company's Quality Assurance System.
All employees are made aware of the Company's Quality Assurance Policy, objectives and system documentation.
They are trained systematically to meet Company Quality Standards and are required to inform management of all activities, operations and conditions which put at risk Service, Material and Equipment Quality.
It is the responsibility of all employees to observe Quality Assurance Policy provisions and to carry out their work in accordance with approved Quality Assurance Procedures.
By these means the Company seeks to ensure that Customer Requirements are ‘Supplied’ First Time, On Time and Every Time.
It is our responsibility to ensure the Quality Assurance System functions correctly and its effectiveness is maintained through Monitoring, Control, Audit Reports and Review.
BS EN ISO 9001 : 2000
We were delighted that in August 1997 we received our Registration for BS EN ISO 9001 : 2000, which shows how committed we are to quality, as confirmation how we endeavour to operate the National Quality Assurance System, the Audit Reports for the last three years are available here.
